Standard Shipping Information
Orders are shipped FOB from their point of manufacture. Most of the time we will ship UPS. In some cases, USPS will be used where necessary.
We are able to deliver to most locations in the United States. However, due to UPS and carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
We will deliver to APO and FPO addresses, but the standard processing of 2-3 working days does not apply here. Please allow 5-7 days of production time before item ships out for these addresses.
All shipments outside the continental US will by default be shipped UPS Second Day PM, unless you specify a faster level of service by selecting Overnight. If you should require a different method of shipment, please contact us.
Saturday deliveries must be in the continental US and meet the UPS Saturday delivery requirements. Saturday deliveries must be shipped UPS Red next day delivery. All Saturday deliveries will incur an additional charge. There are no Holiday deliveries available.
Please note that using Overnight or Second Day shipping does not mean that you will receive your order the next day. Delivery time is based on the time it takes to produce your item plus the shipping time. Please see Delivery Times for more details.
Markenzies.com ships from multiple facilities throughout the US. If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship from different facilities. As a result, they may arrive to you at different times and in separate shipments. Additionally, when ordering multiple items you may specify different methods of shipping per item. For example, you order 72 party favors for an HR event and 12 keepsake boxes for your wedding, you could instruct us to ship the party favors UPS Blue PM (second day) to make sure they arrive for the event. To save money, since there is no urgency associated with the keepsake boxes, they could be shipped ground.
Should the items be lost or damaged in transit when using third party billing, Markenzies.com is not responsible for damages incurred to the shipment. All claims or charges must be filed by you with your freight carrier. We will be happy to assist you in any way with any problems that you may encounter. Please contact us at 1.888.299.0655.
Free Shipping Offer
Our Free shipping offer is for orders with a minimum purchase of $150.00 to be shipped by UPS ground only in the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from this promotion.
Normal processing time applies with this offer.
When Will I Get My Order?
Delivery times depend on a couple of factors. You need to consider the time it takes to process the order, plus delivery time.
Example:
Production time + Shipping time = Delivery Time
You order an engraved vase with a production time of "3 business days" and choose ground shipping. Ground shipments take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. So you have the 3 production days plus the 7 to 10 days for shipment you have a total delivery time of 10 to 13 business days.
When you order several different items, they may arrive in separate shipments. Please note that each line item should arrive within its total delivery time. Choosing multiple line items should neither speed up nor slow down your order.
Rush Orders
Need it tomorrow? We will RUSH your items so that you can have them in time for your event. All RUSH orders will be processed a $25 rush fee in order to get your item ahead of all other orders.
Returns
Items are returnable in original packaging within 30 days of receiving order. Items must be in our warehouse before the 30 days have expired to receive full refund. After the 30 day grace period, all sales are final. Personalized items are final sale!
